Policies:

Ovations Limousine & Party Bus Policies and Guidelines:

• To keep the vehicle in excellent condition for all of our clients, we ask all of our clients and their guests to please refrain from smoking and vaping inside the vehicle.

• Please keep shoes of any type or style off of the seats. Heals will puncture the upholstery. We do not want to see our clients incur expensive reconditioning charges. For safety reasons, standing on seats is prohibited.

• Metal coolers, Styrofoam coolers, grills, metal folding tables or chairs are prohibited.

• Glitter is prohibited due to the extreme difficulty in removing it from interior surfaces. A cleaning charge of $200 may apply if glitter must be removed.

• For the safety of our passengers and to comply with federal, state, and local laws, Illegal drugs are prohibited.

• Per Ohio law, all guests must be 21 years old or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

• For the safety of our passengers and our chauffeur, fighting or any other violent or threatening behavior is not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of the event at the chauffer’s discretion.

• Weapons are prohibited.

• Passengers are to kindly stay seated while the vehicle is moving for their own safety.

• Ovations Limousine & Party Bus reminds its clients and its client’s guests to keep their valuables secure throughout the scheduled event. Ovations Limousine and Party Bus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• We encourage our clients and our client’s guests to have fun! We also encourage responsible behavior for the enjoyment and safety of all passengers. A $250 fee will be applied for biohazard and/or bodily fluids cleaning requirements, and the event may be ended immediately at the chauffer’s discretion.

• Ovations Limousine and Party Bus takes pride in providing a beautiful, stylish, clean, limousine for all its clients, all damages incurred from a client or a client’s guest will need to be reimbursed immediately by the client to allow for immediate reconditioning.

• The safety of our clients and our client’s guests is a number one priority for Ovations Limousine and Party Bus.

We count on our clients to arrange for responsible logistics arrangements that prevent guests from driving while impaired upon completion of the scheduled event.
